These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which Soteria Cyber Security Ltd provides services to clients. By engaging with us or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services are tailored and delivered according to a formal proposal or quote, which must be approved in writing before work commences.

3. Scope of Engagement

Each client engagement is governed by a specific proposal or service agreement. These terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not provide generalised services — all work is scoped, priced, and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly defined in your proposal. Unless otherwise stated:

  • All invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.

  • Delays in payment may result in suspension of services.

  • We reserve the right to charge statutory interest for late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access to relevant systems, documentation, and personnel.

  • Notify us promptly of any risks, incidents, or security concerns.

  • Ensure you have authority to engage us on behalf of your organisation.
